At Fast Mana Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined in this policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
Please note that all sales are final unless the order arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Canceling an Order
Orders can be cancelled prior to the shipping of the item, but a 10% fee will be applied. Once the product is shipped the order cannot be cancelled
We charge this fee due to the costs we’re charged by our payment provider and our platform when an order is cancelled.

Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
The item must be unopened and unused in its original condition.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
We do not accept returns on any Trading Card Games. This includes sealed and singles.
Supplies such as sleeves, binder and deck boxes can be returned within 14 days of being received. We will charge a 10% fee as well as the cost of shipment for your product and you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
We charge this fee due to the costs we’re charged by our payment provider and our platform when an order is cancelled.
If we make a mistake on sending you an order, we will send you a return label to return the product.
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Fast Mana Collective is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Processing your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the item is not in its original unopened condition upon inspection, the refund may be denied and the item returned to you at your expense.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover all return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please:
