If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined in this policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that all sales are final unless the order arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-34abaa45\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Canceling an Order<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders can be cancelled prior to the shipping of the item, but a 10% fee will be applied. Once the product is shipped the order cannot be cancelled<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We charge this fee due to the costs we&#8217;re charged by our payment provider and our platform when an order is cancelled.<br>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To cancel an order, please contact support@fastmanacollective.com with your order number &amp; reason for cancellation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The item must be unopened and unused in its original condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not accept returns on any Trading Card Games. This includes sealed and singles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supplies such as sleeves, binder and deck boxes can be returned within 14 days of being received. We will charge a 10% fee as well as the cost of shipment for your product and you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We charge this fee due to the costs we&#8217;re charged by our payment provider and our platform when an order is cancelled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we make a mistake on sending you an order, we will send you a return label to return the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requesting a Refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact us at support@fastmanacollective.com within 14 days of receiving your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Fast Mana Collective is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Processing your Refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the item is not in its original unopened condition upon inspection, the refund may be denied and the item returned to you at your expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or Defective Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at support@fastmanacollective.com within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wrong Item Received<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@fastmanacollective.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover all return shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-e6311e56\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Late or Missing Refunds<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check your bank account or card statement again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@fastmanacollective.com.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-a1895303\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Changes to This Policy<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
